Mother threatening son to leave the house with his family

पिता जी के देहांत के बाद अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति में भारतीय रेलवे में 20 साल से कार्यरत हूं। मेरी मां को पेंशन मिलता है। वो मार पीट का झूठा आरोप लगा कर मुझे कुछ दिन जेल में बंद करवा दी और घर से भी मेरे परिवार को निकाल दिया और DRM ऑफिस में भी शिकायत कर के मेरे सैलरी में से ₹10000/- उनके अकाउंट में हर महीना जाता है ।घर बनाने में और बहनों की शादी में भी मैंने लाखों रुपए खर्च किए और अब वो मुझे न घर में हिस्सा दे रही है और सैलरी में से भी हिस्सा ले रही है और उसके बाद कानूनी कारवाई की धमकी दे रही है।
आप कोर्ट का शरण लें, अगर माॅ को पेंशन मिल रहा है तो उनका आपके सैलरी में किसी का अधिकार नहीं है , दुसरा अगर आपका घर पिताजी के नाम है तो आपका भी उतना अधिकार है जितना और वंशज का, मेरा सलाह हैकि आप अच्छे अधिवकता से सलाह लें वे आपका र्मागदशन करेंगें।
