mother refusing to share fathers property after his death.

my mother sold our fathers home and refusing to share the right to the heirs. as we 6 heirs are here, and the house has been sold without our knowledge even an advocate notice has been sent to them. i am elder the elder son, and few undertaking affidavit(Reliance Electicity bill was in my name has been changed on fake docs) the docs were singed by another person instead of mine.i have proofs in my hand, and i have sent legal notice to reliance energy too. i am in finance distress so i am not able to suit a case against them.i need help to pay the court fee and proceed the case. Thank you.

Hello,
I can suggest you to file criminal case or FIR against your mother and unknown person who forged your signature and to dispose the property on which she didnt had proper title. Further you can initiate suit, but dont claim the declaration, amend the prayers in such manner that minimum court fee is attracted.
