Mother made nominee in the flat is it enough to transfer the flat

My mother lives in a Co op Hsg Society . She has nominated my name in the nomination form. She has also written a will in my name. Is nomination sufficient to transfer my name in the share certificate in place of my mothers name on her demise When my name is transferred on the share certificate. I would like to add my daughters name too along with mine .at the time of transfer. of name from mothers to that of mine what is the procedure to add my daughters name along with mine. as I find it difficult to make a will in future for my daughter. Pl advise me Thanks

As you are nominee, your name will be added to share certificate, but if you wish to add your daughter's name as a joint owner then you have to get heirship certificate from civil court, for any further documentation and query contact me...
