Mother gifted property siblings disputing for the property

I am residing at this inherited property from last 30 years. I have 1 elder brother and 1 elder sister.mother passed away in 2002. Mother has written will that this property belongs to me and not to be shared with any one as there were other property given as gift to them.I have constructed home by taking loan on this property and living from last 13 years. As my siblings are under loss they have filed case in court not to sell the property recently and hearing scheduled in june. As we are old please advice on best possible solution as i have only this house and not much money.

in the said case filed by your siblings you can make a counter claim of declaration in the support of the said will, move an application seeking for declaration of ownership on the title or you can approach the court of law with a fresh suit for declaration, mere defend of the cases would not serve the purpose, because any no of cases can be filed for injunction the real thing is the owner ship should be declared then you can put an end to all these things
