mother as a natural guardian of her son in case of property purchase

can a mother be the natural guardian of her son in case of property purchase?? she has no contact with her husband after their marriage.. now she wants to buy a property on the name of her son.. is it possible????

yes mother can be the guardian provided in the deed it is to be mentioned that the son is represented by his mother & natural guardian mother namely Mrs . ...
so it is possible to buy in the name of mother being natural guardian

yes she can unless specifically barred by the personal laws she is subject too. Since you have not mentioned religion, you must know that personal laws in India vary from religion to religion and even within religions their may be sets with different customs. So unless there is a bar in the statute that governs the personal laws she is subject to or unless the customs of her sect disallows it, there is no bar.

Mother may natural guardian of her son after getting decree for natural guardian as per Guardian and wards Act, 1890) from the competent Court of law. in case of your son is a minor one, u can purchase the same in your son's name on the basis of legal guardian of your minor son, but he is a major one, u can purchase the same in your son's name without mentioning your husband's name in the Regd. Deed of Sale.
