Money paid to buy flat 5 years back, Only proof is bank statement

We have paid 45 lacks by bandk transfer to builder 5-6 years back against flat, but flat registration did not happen and we don't have any flat documentation other than Receipts from builder mentioning flat name.
No construction progress has been made on that land from last 5- years and builders not responding at all, What are my legal options to recove money back from builder.
My sister also paid 35 lacks and my father paid 55 lacks to same buider.
Total 1 Cr 35 lacks at stake. We really need money back. Need legal advice what steps to take to recover money.

If you have bank statement as documentary proof you can definitely get your money back from the fraud builder. you can go to consumer forum or can file criminal case or civil case for recovery of money. What I had understood from your query is.. You paid money to builder but even after paying money you didn't got your flat..
Such conduct Of builder amounts to cheating, so collect all the documents whatever you have with you in concern with transaction of money from your bank account to builder bank account and filed the criminal case against builder u/s 420 of ipc or you can even go civil suit for recovery of money.
