I have taken a hotel building on rent who's deposite is 75 lakhs i have already given 67 lakhs
but by cheque n online transfer as on owners trust but he has not done the rent aggrement yet now he is delaying ....what kind of case should i file
hi first need to see the contents of the rental agreement which was entered between the parties and if he is not executing the agreement then you could send legal notice asking them to execute the sale deed and if he failed then you could proceed accordingly
