Minor Property sold by sale deed

My grandfather gave me a gift deed when I was a minor. It seems like one of my relative got a sale deed for the same property from him while registration for other property. Now it patta is in my name and EC is in my relatives name what to do.
My relative isn't willing to share the property.
In this case, I would like to know which one earlier document gift deed or sale deed and further perusal of documents give the right guidance. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

which deed is executed earlier? the earlier deed is valid and sound deed. same person cannot execute another deed for the same property so later deed is not valid since the executer lost his capacity as a owner.
