Minor land was sold by guardian mother when children were at age 11,12

Hi SirMy mother sold the land which was gifted to us by our father in 2009 when we were at age 11, 12. Now we attained majority and at age 25, 26:nSo our question is can we file a case to get back the property which was sold when we were minor? Also let us know what suit or section favours to file case/petition. nIs it 100% guarantee that the property can be declared in our favour if a case is filed.Thanks in advance.

Minors property can be sold by their guardian for their necessity/requirement with the permission of the court , any alienation of the minors property made by the guardian without the permission of the court can be challenged with in three years after attaining majority by the minors in the competent court of law.
