MIL is not ready to share the property

Hi, my sister husband and father in law passed in the last two years..
Their was an issue between my sister and her MIL from the last 15 years.. Now my sister MIL is not ready to share any rent earned through the property and asking them to move out.. Land was bought by sister FIL and constructed by my sister husband..
House is on my sister FIL name and another one my sister MIL name.
But both the house has been constructed by my sister husband.
Need your advice to file a law suit to get the right share for my sister and her childrens

Now that your sister's husband and FIL are no more, their legal heirs, that is your sister and her MIL are entitled to share the properties and incomes from the same. The MIL cannot drive your sister out and she can lodge a police complaint against her MIL. Further, she can go for partition of the properties by way of proportional contribution.
