on the above mentioned query please note down that ancestral property means the property belongs to your great grand father's name. if yes, then your grand father and uncle have no rights to transfer the said property and if they sells the same then the purchaser have to pay for it.
obviously you can file civil suit i e. suit for injunction and suit for partition .
