Mere dada ki property mein mera haq

Mere dada ne 25 saal pehle ek makan ka batwara kiya tha , use becha nahi tha bass mere chote chacha ne kisi se paise lekar sabko 1 lakh rupay baat diye the bhai behno ko , aaj 25 sal bad uss makan ki value 3 se 4 crore ka hain . Main mere dada ki property mein hissa mangne ka adhikari hu. Kyunki makan mere dada dadi ke nam hai.or yadi hoon toh mujhe kya karna hoga , kyunki main kiraye pe rehta hoon , or mere papa ko faalis hai woh chal phir nahi sakte ab?
pahle ye dekhna hoga ki jo batwara apke dada ji ne kiya tha kya vo registered batwara tha agar nhi to to us property ke documents apke dada ji ke nam honge..
or apke chacha ne kis vajah se aap sabko paise bate the?
aap apni family chain banakar bheje or apko apka hissa apne papa ke nam se claim karna hoga..
