Dear Sir,
If it is your self earned property you may file a suit for eviction which he occupied from you, and your mother may file a maintenance case against him. For other criminal offence police complaint may be filed against him

If the house is in your name then there is nothing to worry. Just get in touch with a lawyer and injunct your brother from entering your portion of the house. Ge your mother to file a police compliant under Senior Citizen's Act. She can also file a domestic violence case against her son and daughter in law. There is nothing to worry.
Hello, you may file immediately FIR against said person u/s 323,324,427,504,506 of IPC and if police is not taking cognisance then you may also file private criminal case simultaneously you may issue legal notice and file suit for declaration and injunction against him. Surely u" ll get the reliefs you are in need of.
