Me and my son`s right over my mother`s property

Respected sir, my father was teacher and he died in 2013 and mother as retired bank cashier and all deposits of money tranfer to my mother own her name with joint ac of my sister. one is canada and second is in ahmedabad, both of house is also my mother name due to bank loan how i or my son (6 year old) eligible for part of property(house or deposite) ? because my mother now want to sell both property and go canada becuse both of may sister want all property .

Does your mother want to give the property to the daughter? Has your father made any will? If the cash and the house are self acquired then the mother's will is important. you can also file a suit but we need the details. Please contact me for further details.
