MCD approval in case one portion of the property constructed illegally

We have a sub divided plot in Hari nagar Jail road. South portion has been constructed 4floor illegally. Now when we try to construct our North portion MCD is not approving it. What can we do about it except paying bribe. They say subdivision is not allowed. While we have registry in 1990 with sub division.
There are certain properties over such sub division is not allowed. However, in case your property is already sub divided earlier we can seek a restraint order against MCD. We've been representing MCD and builders in lot of cases. Please come to our office with papers to initiate the proceedings.

Hi will glad to help you. You should file writ petition before the delhi high court. If you have done in the past i am sure they dont have any reason to oppose it. SDMC generally does it, but court will grant relief.
