SIR, I WANT TO KNOW WT IS THE MAXIMUM TIME LIMIT FOR APPEAL FILING IN PUN & HAR HIGH COURT CHANDIGARH AFTER THE DECISION GIVEN BY SESSION COURT JHAJJAR (HARYANA) ON 03 AUG 15. CTC OF JUDGEMENT RECEIVED BY PLAINTIFF ON 09 AUG 15. CASE IS REGARDING CIVIL SUIT OF ANCESTRAL PROPERTY AMONGST BROTHERS.
Time to file appeal before high court is within 90 days from passing final order excluding days which got utilised in procuring certified copy of order.
