maintenance of female children's due to death of mother ( govt doctor)

both husbands and wife are doctors having three female children's. suddenly wife died on 29.924. complaint was registered in police station. postmortem report is not yet received. there is no physical injury. it is reported that there was quarellel between them before her death. FIR not yet filed by police. unknown sources states that she died due to brain stroke due to stress. wife mother, brothers are worrying about three children's
kindly advice for further action pl. all are Hindus
well if there is no change in the situation due to facts coming out in the medical report,father of the children as has legal right retain children with him. if grandparents or anybody wants to get custudy of children it has to be decided by Court by filing a custody case.
