Maintenance increased humongously

Society increased maintenance 30000 in a year without inform the members without any extra facility. It cause huge financial burden for me.
Well, you first send a Legal Notice to Society, asking for the justification, that, why there was need to increase the financial burden on Society Members by increasing the Maintenance! Then, if you figure out, that, the Society is not able to justify the increased Maintenance, then you can file a case against the concerned Society before the Co-Operstive Courts!
