maintenance charges for not availed period

I had paid Rs 51,000/- for infrastructure & Amnities of our gatted community apartments my bad time i won't get any tenent past 6 years Now I rented my apartment after 5months the association was disconnected water even though i paid half of the maintenance charges for an unoccupied period they accepted oral statments. can I get injunction order or stay against association immediately is it possible. They should not utilise infrastructure & Amnities (my share is there) because dening me water connection it is a common to all any provision is there grainding halt then only they come negosation please give reply
Before doing anything please go through the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and the association . Irrespective of the fact whether using or not certain minimum charges normally the community members have to pay . If you see any arbitrariness you can move the court.

The association cannot legally disconnect water supply. You may issue legal notices to the office-bearers of the association for their unjust, arbitrary action, and file a suit through a local lawyer, if there is no positive development.
