the property was in the name of your father. After his death all his sons and daughters are the legal heirs. certainly as you mentioned that in civil suit the civil court rightfully declared the son and daughters heirs of the property. however you have not preferred an appeal in higher court. for that you had not any valid ground. Though you are in possession, yet your sister lawfully can take their share

देखिए जो फैसला हुआ है उसके बारे में बिना देखे कुछ नहीं कहा जा सकता रही बात उस मकान में रहने की तो उस मकान में 1/4 आपका है उसमें आप रह सकते हैं बाकी 3/4 भाग जो आपकी बहनों के पक्ष में निर्धारित हुआ है जब तक आप की बहने चाहे तब तक आप उसमें रह सकते भविष्य में हो सकता है वह बहने आपको सहानुभूति स्वरूप आपके लिए वह भाग छोड़ दें लेकिन बहनों का हिस्सा तो उस मकान में है ही जिससे आप इनकार नहीं कर सकते। बेहतर होगा कि आप फैसला दिखाकर उचित निर्णय लें यदि अपील में कोई गुंजाइश बनती है तो आप अपील कर सकते हैं अन्यथा बहनों का हिस्सा तो निर्धारित हो ही चुका है।
