How we face the situation when daughter locked the Property of father without Intimation to father for the same ....
You have two options:
1.file an application before concerened SDM under the provisions of maintenance and welfare of parents act for living in the property locked by sister.
2.file a civil suit for possession of the property under specific performance act .
