License want to sub lease commercial property with permission

My client has commercial office space and he has given to xyz infotech Pvt Ltd on LL and LL agreement has clause that licensee can sub let to anyone,so now legally xyz i infotech can officially sublet to abc infotech ? Will abc infotech face any problems ?

Sub letting is not allowed without the consent of the owner but if there is a proper agreement between both of them, it won’t be a problem. Let me know if you need any further legal guidance regarding this. Thanks!

Hello, You can defined sublease the property if you have a permission from the owner. You can take it in writing by the owner that you will be subleasing the property and make him/her a confirming party to the agreement which will help you to secure in near future.

This is my response to you: 1. If such a clause is in place in the L&L agreement, then you have nothing to worry; 2. You must still check every single clause of the agreement; 3. Consult a local lawyer, take an informed opinion and then take steps.
