Dear Querist,
Letters of Administration is a certification from Court and allows the administrator to administer property of deceased.

Society’s should not insist for Succession certificate. If they do insist, then make an transfer application annexing letters of administration by post and if 90 days they dont reply complain to Registrar of co-operatove society.

This is my response to you:
1. It is more than enough;
2. The society or any other authority can ask for succession certificate;
3. Succession certificate is for transfer of loan on immovable property;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
