Legal rights of grandchildren in grandmother Property

my grandmother (father's mother) having 4 sons. Her sons never looked after her, not even my father. She had some land which her father gave to her. I have a copy of the registration document. Only me (one of her grand child) looked after her and paid 4 lakhs hospital bill in her last days. After her death, her 4 sons started selling land for distribution of money among themselves. Can I ask for my 4 lakhs legally? I have bank statement of paying her bills in hospital. I want to teach a lesson to the irresponsible sons.
You have file suit for recovery for amount of Rs 4 Lakhs against all 4 sons of your grandmother including your father in the same suit you have to file two petitions 1.) Attachment of property, and 2) Petitions for not to aileanate the property.
