Legal right on inherited property

03-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
If the property is inherited from the 1st generation to the 2nd generation and the same is not registered/ does not have the allotment of state authorities in the name of 2nd generation(not even in the name of 1st generation), means the land is not alloted by the Jaipur development authority but we have the khasra no. Of the state survey then the 3rd or 4th generation(me) can claim the property through the act before the court? The property is not self acquired. Hindu religion. We are living at the same property as of now.
