Legal Process to suppress any type of Issue which may arised in Future

Sir My Grandfather had distributed our Ancestral Property and four Waqf Board Plots equally between his Two Sons approximately in Year 2007.As a result of which my Uncle was got separated from us by taking his whole property share.Also alongwith it From Four Waqf Board Plots in Faridkot two plots were given to my uncle and two to my father by my Grandfather on distribution of Property.He gives his two plots which were given to him to Other Persons in exchange of very good amount.Now my Uncle saying our relatives that he had also share in that two remaining plots and also says them that that after my grandfather died he will forcely acquired the two plots which comes in my fathers share and who anybtry to stop him he will kill that person.So as my Grandfather is still alive so is there any legal process which my grandfather follow so that my uncle didn't ever interfere legally or illegally in our Plots in future.And if he may do so then police provide full support to us on complaint
