Legal procedure & documents required to obtain a release deed

24-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello, We are 4 brothers n one sister , we all 4 brothers want to construct a house in our property n we need our sister to give a non objection certificate telling she has no objection if we construct . We r giving a money for it. My question is which type of document should we do a realize deed or a confirmation deed. The sister has 3 kids all r above 40 years, are their signature required in the document or just d mother's signature is enough. Thank you

Will need to know if the property is self acquired or ancestral in nature. Depending on that you would require appropriate release deeds to be executed by the parties. A release deed will result in complete relinquish of right on the property by the person who is releasing the property and that person will have no further authority on the property.
