Legal position of a self acquired property

Hello,
In case of any dispute or your death, the same will be divided between the legal heirs i.e., the daughter and son from your earlier wife and between your present son and wife. However, it is advised that you make a will beforehand to avoid any dispute in future.

Sir, I believe you should have your Will prepared so that there is no dispute in future. As the property is self acquired and in your name and you are the title holder now, you can give the share in the property to all or one of your children, your second wife or anyone you wish to. But in order to avoid any kind of future dispute among the legal heirs, it is must that you get your will prepared and registered.

If the land and house were in ther sole name of your wide then after her death her share of the property would pass on to her legal heirs which in this case are your and her children.
After your death your share in the property would go to all your legal heirs which includes your present wife and the son from her and also your children from the demised wife. But as dkahil khariz is in your name so an alternative can also be arranged. plz mention who all are currently in possession of the property and can you justify that the entire cost of property was borne by you
