Legal opinion to buy a property belonging to diminished first wife

18-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Shall we buy a property of a diminished first wife from their sons and daughters, still their father is alive? The property is registered in the name of the diminished mother(diminished first wife) from the first itself. (Hindu Family) If so, there is any chance to get claim from the father, second wife, second wife sons and daughters and tier grand children?

You have not mentioned about how that lady acquired the property. Normally after her death as per the Hindu law of succession the property devolves upon her legal heirs and if all those legal heirs give their consent for selling the property then it is a valid transaction.

The property belongs to the person who is mentioned in the deed as purchaser.unless otherwise the recitals in the deed to show it is blended property from the jiont family property then it is the absolute property of the first wife.Nobody can claim in the property of the first wife.
