Sir Now land is father had two sons one is my father another cousin father. Now grandfather property patta was changed to my father 25 years back. Legally any chance to get property cousin father.

if the property belongs to your grandfather then is legal Heirs get equal share in the property you said there are two sets the two sons get off of share of the property irrespective of the name in Patta all the legal right demise of the legal owner it is advisable to go to partition even if one person name is found in Patna
