Legal notice to a builder for poor construction of my house

19-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, I've given a contract of 20 lakhs to a builder for building my house. He told me that he can't accept bank deposit therefore I made payment in cash. But the quality of construction is so damn poor that the floor is cracked and the tiles are simply hanging on the wall. He even made a fault in Submersible bcz of which it was giving dirty water. I've called him many times but he didn't responded. So what should be done according to you?

Dear Sir, You may send him a legal notice wherein you have to tell him that there has been deficiency of service in this case. If still he doesn't compensate you, then you may go for consumer case. Thanks and Regards

Dear sir does the contract was written or oral if it was written then it must have conditions if that exist in your contract you can file a civil suit of breach of contract even though if it was oral you have an option to file the suit and ask for damage
