Who are all the legal heirs of Married womenn Her mother added in the legal heirs. Whether any new rule now in tamilnadu. Plz clarify. Her father died long back

If person dies, his/her legal heirs are:

1. Mother of the deceased person
2. Wife/Spouse of the deceased person
3. Children of the deceased person

And, this is a prevailing law.
