Legal Heir Rights & Claim on Property/Pension
10-Mar-2025 (In Property Law)
My grandmother was legally declared as the first wife of her husband through a court order. However, she is not receiving his railway pension, and a specific land (Gat No. 565) is not in her name. She has two daughters. Can she and her daughters claim rights over the pension and property? What legal steps should be taken?
Dear client based on the query, firstly we need to know from which religion you belong to. Why is your grandmother not receiving the pension of your grandfather?
There are various possibilities which need to be understood and accordingly I can say something on the matter. My team will call you for detailing and understanding the situation.
