Legal Heir Certificate of the father

12-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
The agriculture land is registered in my grandfather’s name, and he is already expired. He has 4 sons and 1 daughter. The Death certificate is of my grandfather is already obtained. We have not yet obtained the Legal Heir Certificate. Out of 4 sons, one son has already expired leaving behind a only son. Now, the claimants are trying the make the Legal heir certificate without adding the name of son whose father has expired. Now I want to know, whether is legally accepted? Please advice.

No the legal heir has to be added and it is required to identify his right. Consult any advocate and send a legal notice to the concerned people by stopping their unlawful act and you can also file a suit and give a letter to the concerned authority by stating the right of the boy in the property in which his name is not added
