Legal Heir Certificate -----------------------------------------------

Hi, We have a property in chennai which was in my mothers name , and she died in 2002 and my father died in 2008 .. we have an legal heir certificate of my father but the mother name was not mentioned in that.... So how can we resolve this query

Dear Client, Based on your statement we need to get your mother's death certificate along with relationship proof like marriage certificate/wedding invitation, ration card. that's sufficient to transfer the property in your name.
