My father in law had a land of aprox. 7000 Sq Ft. which is in Joint ownership with 7 members, 2 Brothers and 4 Sisters.Below transaction happened with this land later on: 1. Sister-1 and Sister-2 released their right in land to Brother-1 through release deed. 2 Sister-3 released her right in land to Brother-2 through release deed.3.Sister-4 is alive and not released her right in land to anyone. 4.Brother-3 is unmarried and he died.nQuestion:1.Who are eligible to take the share of land of Brothe

According to Hindu Succession Act, if the deceased person is an unmarried male, his property will be distributed based on class-I and class-II categories. His immediate relatives, including his father, sisters and brothers, can claim his property under the class-I category.

in this situation all are liable to take his share and others sisters already executed or released their share to his brother and last brother share goes to all the brother and sisters if dies without making any deed
