My father in law had a land of aprox. 7000 Sq Ft. which is in Joint ownership with 7 members, 2 Brothers and 4 Sisters.Below transaction happened with this land later on: 1. Sister-1 and Sister-2 released their right in land to Brother-1 through release deed. 2 Sister-3 released her right in land to Brother-2 through release deed.3.Sister-4 is alive and not released her right in land to anyone. 4.Brother-3 is unmarried and he died.nQuestion:1.Who are eligible to take the share of land of Brothe
