Legal expenses incurred by society recovered from specific member

06-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
can Managing Committee of cooperative society pass a resolution of debiting legal charges to individual member for action initiated by society? What happens when charging of legal expenses has not been passed by order given by registrar in any particular case? Will this result in denial of Fundamental right (article 21 and article 14) to justice where citizens are suppress from taking legal recourse against unlawful practise of managing committee?

With reference to the above statement, you have to have consultation with the advocate who can guide you in detail for your problem, as per law no committee can act as per their will they have to take consent from each member to pass any order
