Legal consultation regarding partition suit

07-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
I seek advice on a property dispute. My grandfather purchased 26 acres in the 1970s, later transferred to my uncles via Hibanama, and 16 acres to my father. No formal will or distribution exists. The property values are now vastly unequal, and I seek an equal distribution. Can the Hibanama be challenged? Can the transaction be declared Benami? What are the chances of success in a partition suit for fair distribution?

Well, your chances of success in a Partition Suit for Fair Distribution of Assets depends upon several factors. One of the factors is Chain of Property Documents of Land, after analysing such, I can legally advice you your success strike in terms of Case Winning in future if you decide to proceed ahead.
