Legal Advice-Transfer of Ancestral property

11-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
I request for your kind advice on transfer of my ancestral property to my only daughter, who is major & married. I got the property from my father, at his own earned money and the property is now on my name. My two elder married sisters agreed to transfer the said property on my name and signed in the registered document, after accepting some money from me, thirty years ago. I request your kind advice on the legal process and charges involved, to transfer the property to my daughter.

This can be done easily. We will have to execute a gift deed and get it registered. Patta needs to be transferred. It can be done in a hassle free manner. We need to book a token in the Registration department and registration may be done in a day.
