Legal Advice Needed Regarding House Sale and Potential Husband's Claim

28-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
My sister, a Muslim, married a man who seemed good at first but used drugs occasionally, which we didn’t know about. Over time, his drug use led to abuse. To protect her, we registered the house in her name; the land was originally owned by another person who sold it to her husband before their marriage. When he found out about the registration, he became more abusive. Now, my sister wants to sell the house and buy a new one near our parents. Can her husband take legal action to stop the sale?

if you transfer the land you have to see the title deeds. the accused will be prosecuted under narcotic and psychotropic substances act. the husband is thus unhappy. the husband can file a suit for injunction
