Pattiram and patta are in different name,so want to change name as in pattiram to patta

you want to change the Patta in the name of the present owner the name in the Patta is not changed after the registration of the sale date apply for Patta before tahsildar and to get Patta from him nowadays it is necessary Patta for registration of sale deed if there is no Patta refuse to register the sale deed
