Sir some slum area kids known as vaghri community entered in my house in navratri and take flowers without my permission what should I do against them because if I would hit them they might get killed so what are the legal action can I take against them and their parents . Can I kill them .
Sir, the best for you is to lodge police complaint against them for tresspassing. The police will certainly ask them to not to tresspass and spoil your garden. If you are not able to do yourself, you should take help of an Advocate

First of all kindly give them a legal notice and after that if no reply is given then file a case before the lower Court and with six month court will order for not to trespass in that property and will send to jail if again trespass the property.
