Leaving to USA with Recent FIR

There was a recent FIR filed against my son for entering into our house which is in dispute with the buyer who has never shown his face in court for 8 years , when we recently found that the house has been sold from a GPA(not the person that sold this house to us) holders family to someone else me and my son have taken position status and tried entering the house . they have filed a case against my son and he have visa interview in the coming month and is planning to leave as soon as he gets visa for his mastersHow will this effect his Visa and what should he do to leave to usa

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the criminal case against him and that he is not concerned with the allegations and regarding the visa interview if the authorities asked abt any pending cases then you need to disclose those details

Sorry to hear this, it is a complicated situation.

You should immediately contact an advocate with all the papers,
then he will guide you in proper direction with regards to the house and assuring that there is no problem to your sons visa etc
