lease cum sale agreement MUDA
19-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I have photocopy of lease cum sale agreement between MUDA and allottee. I don't have original with me. Other original documents are present (allotment letter, possession latter, site amount paid, MUDA transfer etc.). Now it is difficult to get original document since I don't have contact with first allottee personally. What should I do in this case? I have photocopy with me.
Hi sir/madam, not necessary original lease cum sale agreement, photo copy is sufficient, if you want original copy of the duplicate you should apply the certified copy of the said lease cum sale agreement before the MUDA by narrating all details of version, they will provide to you.
