Is the layout from the Panchayati records from around 1995-1996 still applicable to my 29,000 sqft land, considering there are legal issues & O/S with both my land and the nearby survey?
I have land of 29000 sqft but in previous records around 1995-1996 in Panchayati records there is a layout in near by survey & my survey, but due to legal issue and it is still going on in near by survey & my land too. My question is that layout is valid or not & also can i take khata for my land
provide the relevant documents for legal verification and scrutiny.
