LAW RELATED TO DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY BETWEEN STEP BROTHERS

SIR,I want to know if there is any provision in the Indian law to distribute the property into two wife channel i.e I am only child of my mother who died when I was seven.My father married again and has one son and one daughter.Now they want to take three share of the property and give one portion of the property to me.I was told my few people that I should get half the portion as in one of the judgement of Mumbai court they have given a verdict in two channel,can I get some effective solution to this issue or I have to satisfy with the way they say.Pl guide.Thank you
Please can you request those people who have put in word to you to share the judgement given by the court. It would be helpful to interpret and advise you accordingly. Please remember the judgements of Mumbai High Court and Supreme court stands if prime importance.
