Landlord locked up the store without any intimation.

Landlord without any intimation locked up the shop for delayed one month rent payment, i requested him but he is denying to open the store, asking me to pay complete agreed months rent and then open store like that, what are my legal options as tenant?
I have gone through the query.
Firstly produce the rental agreement, from how long you are there in the premises.
I need to go through the clauses.
