Landlord Is Not Giving Deposit Back

Our landlord is not giving deposit of 90000, so what remedy available to me? Please advise us for the same
What has made the landlord not return your money ?
Why has the landlord with held the deposit? If there is a clause for the return of your deposit money then you shall immediately issue a legal notice and thereby take necessary action against the landlord

Well, you can file a Legal Case for Money Recovery. To initiate the Case, you have to begin with sending a Legal Notice. If you don't get Deposit of Rs 90,000 after sending Legal Notice, without hesitation, file a case.
