Hi
The case will be dismissed on the grounds of Res judicata.
The case once decided cannot be reopened by the same parties and on the same subject matter.
so no need to worry at all. You should choose to implead yourself in the case and request the court to dismiss the case on grounds of res judicata.
please also note that if the endowments department has gone on appeal against the orders of lower court, then res judicata will not apply. however in 90% of cases, the lower court decisions will be upheld .
