Land was sold again by their nominee. But his father has sold.

There is one land which was buy in 1980 and register ed with sub registrar stamp. But no entry placed in land paper. It is only oob stamp paper. But in 2018. In is sold to another party and registered to his name . This land is for agriculture use but he is buying for commercial use. What can we do in this case?
hadde your name in revenue record all the old buyer and seller ans it's clear this property is no any lees and than after do the non agriculture land for more enquiry contact me i give my best reply for my Best of knowledge.
